REGULATORY REPORTING OFFICER
Job DESCRIPTION & RESponsibilities:
- Compile/verify accuracy of source information;
- Prepare source data for electronic filing, adhering to internal procedures;
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations;
- Update and maintain systems information;
- Comply with regulatory guidelines and data integrity policies;
- Assist with internal queries and mailbox management;
- Report to Senior Officer/Management on information requests, progress and issues;
- Assist with ad-hoc projects from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in computers, business, finance or economics would be an advantage
- 1 – 3 years’ experience working in the Fund Services/Financial Services industry;
- Proficient data entry skills, working with excel and spreadsheets & multitasking;
- Fluency in English. Any other language will be considered an advantage;
- Working as part of a small team and ability to think outside the box;
- Sharing knowledge/using initiative/mentoring and monitoring any updates from regulatory authorities & deliver to team;
- Proven ability to organise and demonstrate attention to detail;
- Ability to work with tight deadlines, multitask and able to prioritise workflow;
- Ability to interpret regulatory guidelines;
- Competent knowledge of MS Office applications.

Monthly base salary for this position is from 1750 EUR to 2667 EUR gross. Final offer will be determined based on your competences, qualifications and professional experiences.
